Production house RadicalMedia in 2003 developed four Bud Light Super Bowl spots for DDB: “Parade,” “Mother” and a pair of animal-centric gags, “Sounds of the Sea” and this one.
"No Pets” chronicles a thirsty dogwalker’s MacGuyver-esque transformation into a cornball faux Rastaman by way of the deft positioning of a dreadlocked Puli atop his head. The mop dog helped “No Pets” secure the No. 2 spot on USA Today's annual Super Bowl Ad Meter, while the spot featuring the combative crustacean was the tenth most popular ad. In fact, all of RadicalMedia's in-game Bud Light ads would be voted among the year’s 10 most popular. Along with an extensive client list (Apple, Coca-Cola, Porsche, etc.), the production company has also developed music videos for artists like Jay Z, Kanye West and the 2015 Super Bowl halftime act, Katy Perry.
Bud Light also ran Fusion Idea Lab's "Third Arm" in the 2003 game.
