In the midst of an economic downturn, a clever jobs-site ad makes Super Bowl viewers feel confident and offers the selling proposition of the site: "Find Your Fit." That's "fit" in a different sense than rival Monster.com used for "Fit Guy," one of its two ads in the same Super Bowl. (Monster also ran an earnest message from Rudolph Giuliani about the Sept. 11 attacks in "Thank You, America.")
"Find Your Fit" was created by Brand Architecture International, formerly Weiss Stagliano Partners, HotJobs' agency of record.
HotJobs was returning to the Super Bowl in 2002 after a 2001 entry, and would come back again in 2003 ("Rainbow"). It first bought Super Bowl time in the dot com boom of 1999.
