Master Lock continues its two-decade Super Bowl streak (if you don't count '86 and '87) with a new ad by Cramer-Krasselt after four years of showing "Lock Abuse."
This ad ran only in 1993. In 1994 and 1995, Master Lock replaced it with "Security," depicting areas such as the Hoover Dam and Caesar's Palace receiving appropriate lockdowns. In 1996, Master Lock concluded its Super Bowl run with a particularly alarming new commercial, "Something's Happening," depicting a world without the sort of, well, security that the brand promised
