As a matter of fact, of course, Jordan returned to the NBA in 1995, retired again in 1999, came back for the Washington Wizards in 2001 and played his final, final NBA game in April 2003.
"Popcorn Tapes" was Nike's fourth consecutive Super Bowl, going back to the heralded "Annoucers" of 1990, all via longtime agency Wieden & Kennedy. They would be back for 1995 with "Stanley's Speech," taking yet another distinct creative direction for their big-game messaging.
