This ad by Publicis Groupe's Saatchi & Saatchi New York marked just the sophomore Super Bowl effort for Procter & Gamble, which made its first outing in 2004 with Charmin's "Snap," and it wasn't even brand new to viewers on game day. But it was a hit.
The 30-second commercial for Tide to Go depicted a job applicant whose shirt stain spoke louder than he did on an interview. The spot won a Silver Lion at Cannes in 2007 and was subsequently selected by P&G for Super Bowl XLII, in which it tied for 10th on USA Today's annual Ad Meter.
