It's a Big Wheel race, and an SUV to help. Super Bowl XLII's second Toyota ad introduced the automaker's redesigned Sequoia while touting how many and how much could be stored within it ("Badgers" earlier in the game promoted the Corolla). "A simple, joyous spot that makes sucking down oceans of fossil fuels look sweeeet," Time TV critic James Poniewozik wrote.
For the record, Toyota also used the Super Bowl to promote its Prius hybrid, just not very often. It appeared in the game in 2005 and 2016.
