Like Volkswagen's other commercials in Super Bowl XXXV, "Big Day" and "Woods," this spot was created by Havas's Arnold Worldwide, the brand's agency of record since 1995, when the agency was known as Arnold Fortuna Lawner & Cabot. Volkswagen and Arnold would not return to the Super Bowl, however; VW's next big-game appearance came in 2010, when it ran "Punch Dub" by Deutsch.
