Ross Levinsohn Lays Out His Vision for Yahoo (Before He Became CEO)

Who's going to be the next CEO of Yahoo? That was my first question to Ross Levinsohn when he appeared at Ad Age 's Media Evolved back in November. At the time, Mr. Levinsohn himself seemed to be the most obvious internal candidate, having bought Interclick for $270 million and forged an ad partnership with AOL and Microsoft. He would go on to strike high-profile content deals with the likes of Tom Hanks. Mr. Levinsohn didn't answer the CEO question then, but he did make a pretty impassioned case for why he believes in Yahoo and why he joined in the first place.
