People on the Move: MediaVest Hires Carrie Seifer as President-Digital, Data and Technology

MediaVest appointed Carrie Seifer as president-digital, data and technology. Ms. Seifer will lead a team of digital and ad-tech experts across digital partnership strategy and negotiations, programmatic and technology solutions. Ms. Seifer joins MediaVest from Milennial Media, where she led global as senior VP-strategy. Prior to that she directed mobile, social and video products for Conde Nast and helped to create the first mobile ad model at Vindigo. Enso named Shelley Ong as brand impact lead. In her new role, Ms. Shelley will oversee the brand impact team, whose vision is to lead, cultivate and grow brands that deliver both business and social impact at scale. Prior to joining Enso, Ms. Shelley led the masterbrand division for Samsung Global at Leo Burnett, where she was instrumental in developing its first global brand creative platform. Moroch Partners welcomed Cody Bailey as the new director of digital and social. Mr. Bailey will manage the strategy for all digital platforms across the agency's North American offices. Prior to Moroch Partners, Mr. Bailey served as the director of audience for Belo. He also worked at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where he led the publication's transition into digital as the director of innovation and product development. Andreas Sobotta joined Hammond Manufacturing as VP-North American sales and marketing. Mr. Sobotta comes from Davis Controls, where he served as national sales manager. He has also held Canadian-based roles as VP-marketing with Festo; business unit manager with Siemens and Co.; and general manager-director of sales and marketing at Phoenix Contact. Lowe Profero appointed Matthew Day as managing director at its newly launched San Francisco office as part of the company's global expansion strategy. Mr. Day co-founded first-generation digital marketing firm Beyond Interactive, and was founder and CEO of SF-based creative agency Silverfox. Robert Hall, former digital director from DDB Sydney and more recently general manager of Lowe Thailand, will manage Lowe Profero's Bangkok office.
