Ad Age Women to Watch Europe honors 20 outstanding women in marketing, advertising and media from the U.K. and Europe who are changing the industry now.

The 2018 class of Women to Watch Europe honorees included Elaina Alti, who helped the Spanish bank chain Santander change its approach to courting young millennials, Coca Cola's Paloma Azulay, who believes women and people of color are "the strongest, richest leaders a company can get" and Leyya Sattar from The Other Box, who would tell her younger self to "embrace everything about yourself that makes you 'different'." Entries open February 2019. Winners will be announced May 2019. An honoree luncheon will be held in London in June 2019.
