But so far Celsius has avoided the worst of it. The country’s No. 3 energy drink brand, behind Red Bull and Monster, has defied category tendencies by leveraging some of the fastest-growing trends in food and beverage—health and wellness and flavor innovation. According to Kyle Watson, chief marketing officer of Celsius, this is helping to build a resilient brand.
