That strategy paid off with impressive growth.

For the second pandemic year, the agency saw a double-digit revenue rise, expanding 23% in 2021 to more than $109 million—on the heels of a 14% jump in 2020. Work & Co increased its staff count by 18% and now employs 467 staffers who served 43 new clients. The agency grew its global presence by opening two additional offices, and a ninth is planned for 2022.
Big brands including Ikea, Equinox and Gatorade depend on Work & Co to carry their businesses through the digital age, especially at a time when consumers have grown accustomed to shopping, working out and socializing online.
