Brittney “Britt” Gannon is the VP of the Creative Trust and Support organization at Amazon Ads. Her organization’s charter is to empower advertiser success. The products, programs and services they develop help advertisers exceed their marketing objectives by generating relevant, engaging and performant ad creative that is trusted by shopper and viewer customers around the world. This mission is enabled through their in-house Creative Studio that builds video, audio and display creative; the Brand Innovation Lab, which delivers bespoke and press-worthy co-branded experiences; the policies and moderation tech that protect customer trust with advertising across Amazon properties; self-service support products, content and training; and several brand product and engineering investments that help facilitate scale and growth of the advertising business. Britt has worked for Amazon since 2005, leading teams across selling partner services, U.S. consumer business, customer service and ads.
