Janna Ritzcovan Synovec is Head of Marketing & Sales Enablement at IBM Watson Advertising, formerly The Weather Company. In this role, Janna is responsible for the go-to-market strategy for Watson Advertising’s global advertising sales brand and portfolio of data-driven solutions. She also leads the organization’s global sales enablement program. Prior to joining Watson Advertising, Janna worked at Time Warner, first in their Cable Division where she marketed and managed digital products and later in the Global Media Group where she developed integrated campaigns for the company’s top advertisers. Janna received a BA in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
