From 1984-2009, Jay was SVP/Ratings Services at Arbitron, responsible for overall product management and marketing communications of Arbitron's measurement services.
In 2009, Jay joined ROI Media Solutions as partner and was a media measurement research consultant at Google from 2011- 2012.
Currently Jay serves as the FTC appointed monitor to oversee compliance of the Arbitron-Nielsen consent decree..
Jay has MBA in marketing and marketing research from Loyola University/Maryland.
