As the global head of Consultancy at ForwardPMX, Tom leads a team of experts focused on growing and innovating the agency’s skills, services and products across Data Science, Martech and Business Strategy. With Tom’s direction, the Consultancy practice is built to help answer the increasingly diverse and complex questions facing marketers today, and to deliver the solutions that drive overall business and brand growth to clients. Tom has spent the last 13 years at ForwardPMX across a number of roles, including head of Strategy, head of Paid Media and head of Technology & Innovation, managing the development of the agency’s proprietary technology platform STAGE and playing a critical role in cultivating the Lean-inspired working culture at ForwardPMX. Throughout his career, Tom has worked with a number of prestigious brands in travel, fashion and e-commerce.
