Axe teams with DJ Bizarrap for fiery music video by Juan Cabral

LOLA MullenLowe has been doing great film work for Axe recently. Earlier this year the brand released the fresh and very entertaining “Robbery” and “Funeral” spots by directing team Lionel Goldstein. Now, it’s recruited another top director, Juan Cabral, for a more visceral cinematic experience. Also read: 12 creative campaigns to know about today The two-minute music video above, created with (and featuring a cameo from) Argentine DJ Bizarrap, shows couples on first dates experiencing an explosion of attraction—set to a Bizarrap-remixed version of the ’90s hit “What Is Love.” The visuals are stunningly good, and the whole energy and vibe of the spot is infectious. The campaign, promoting the launch of limited-edition Axe Pure Coconut, will also include OOH and other activations.
