This Touching Pampers Ad Shows How Babies Bring Out the Best in Us
Saatchi NY Writes a Lullaby for the Modern Age
Editor's Pick
Pampers' latest ad isn't just about babies and moms -- it's about babies and the whole of society.
The film, created by Saatchi & Saatchi New York and directed by Thirty Two at Pulse Films, takes the form of a lullaby for the modern age, and includes scenes of "Dad taking the late night shift" as well as the uncle who stops smoking for the baby, the workmen who down tools for the Mom and baby to pass, the stranger who helps the buggy up the stairs, the doctor who keeps harm away and more.
Showing babies and their families from all around the world, from Africa to the snowy North, it's a great (and rare) example of a global ad that all can relate to. The spot introduces Pampers latest tagline, and hashtag, "Better for baby," and directs the viewer to sites where they can find out more about Pampers charity efforts on behalf of babies around the world. People are also encouraged to use the hashtag on social media to tweet about helping babies.
