Canadian airline WestJet is launching flights to the U.K., and to promote itself to Brits has created a "mockumentary" featuring a man so desperate to fly cheaply to Canada he'll dress as a dog.

The ad, by Publicis London, is running on social media and features "Dave," whose girlfriend is in Toronto but who can't afford to fly there regularly. To solve this problem, he dons a ridiculous dog costume and travels freight. It's only when he sees an ad in a newspaper promoting flights by WestJet for 194 pounds that he realizes where he's gone wrong. The spot, directed by Moxie's Big Red Button, is done in deadpan style reminiscent of "The Office."
