Landing in our list of top work of 2011 is Droga5 New York's recent "Day One" campaign for Prudential Insurance. This past summer, Droga5 and Prudential set out to find out what people on the cusp of retirement are thinking on the first day of their new, work-free lives. They asked people to document their 'Day One,' with photographs and words. Those portraits can be found on DayOneStories.com and were the foundation for a series of commercials and documentaries featuring these men and women as they looked forward to a new phase of their lives.
