She has many careers, but until now, Barbie hasn't exactly had a resume. But now Mattel's iconic doll has joined the world of 21st century professional networking with her own LinkedIn Page. Aimed at inspiring young girls, the page is for Entrepreneur Barbie, who tells us: "My new business is "Dream Incubator" where I act as a consultant, helping girls around the world play out their imagination, try on different careers, and explore the world around them. Our company tagline is "If you Can Dream It, You Can Be it!"

Here, you can read all about Barbie's career progression, with of course a nod to her long history of multiple job changes. Her resume is prefaced with the confession: "While a one-page resume is best, I can't seem to get mine under twenty. It's just that when anything is possible, a girl is tempted to try everything she can."

But there's a more serious, empowerment-focused side to the content: successful female role models feature prominently on the page, with a link to a celebration of women entrepreneurs (such as Reshma Saujani, the founder and CEO of Girls Who Code and Jennifer Hyman and Jenny Fleiss of Rent The Runway).
