A giant latte descends on a village in Dunkin’s holiday ad
Spot by Anomaly highlights the chain's signature Peppermint Mocha Latte

Dunkin’ leans into returning menu items in its holiday ad, “It’s here.”
The TV spot, which premiered last week, depicts a miniature winter village, eventually revealed to be located on a Dunkin’ customer’s fireplace mantel. The villagers, anxiously awaiting the return of the holidays, are excited to see the sign of the season—a giant Dunkin’ cup filled with Peppermint Mocha Latte -- descend into their midst.
As with last year, the coffee chain has dropped a host of new menu items Cookie Butter Cold Brew, Cookie Butter Donut, and Pancake Wake Up Wrap, along with returning ones, such as Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte and Holiday Blend Coffee.
Last December, Dunkin’ released a 15-second spot dedicated to its signature seasonal lattes.
“When we set out to create a new holiday campaign, it was especially important to capture and celebrate the Dunkin’ fans that make the holidays happen—the guests that go the extra mile to bring joy to their families, friends, and communities,” said Dunkin’ CMO Jill McVicar Nelson.
Dunkin’ worked with its creative agency of record Anomaly on the campaign. The ad will be available on digital platforms like YouTube and will be running on TV until the end of the year.
The coffee chain is also bringing back Free Coffee Mondays for Dunkin’ Rewards members—first introduced in August 2020. Beginning Nov. 7, members will get a free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase on Mondays through Nov. 28.
Dunkin’ is the second-leading coffee cafe chain in the country in terms of sales, after Starbucks, according to Technomic data.
