Huggies Korea is attempting to capture the joyfulness of babies' giggles in a "capsule" and deliver them to people's cellphones to give them a little bit of cheer. In a campaign running until April 30, moms are encouraged to capture their kids' giggles, upload the file to a YouTube channel, and the "capsule" will be sent to cellphones of their choice, along with a picture of their baby.

The idea, created to celebrate Huggies' 30th anniversary, comes from Postvisual, the agency which also came up with last year's Babbling Translator for Huggies Korea, another YouTube-based effort that attemped to "translate" babies' babblings.
