The Stunning 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' Poster Is Such a Tease

Disney and Lucasfilm released the official "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" poster today, and it's a stunning piece of entertainment art that harks back to the franchise's early days. It features side-by-side portraits of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), bisected by the beam of a lightsaber, whose glow goes from blue to red. It's held up by Rey (Daisy Ridley), who appears in miniscule form but prominently, front and center, in a powerful warrior stance. The curious imagery leaves us with some big questions: Why is Luke's face so much bigger than that of Ren, who practically recedes into the background? Why does Rey's saber change to red, the color associated with the Darkside, and why is red so dominant in the image overall? (Check out this interview, for example, in which Hamill admits that "It's possible" Luke goes over to the Darkside.)
