If the Travis Barker enema kit wasn’t odd enough for you, how about some rogue plastic surgery that involves shoving discarded plastic bottles into screaming patients to create disturbingly lumpy body enhancements?

Liquid Death keeps on keeping on with its latest slice of absurdity. To draw attention to the scourge of plastic waste, the canned-water brand imagines an alternate use for all those wasted bottles—as implant material for inadvisable procedures at the Liquid Death Recycled Plastic Surgery Center.

Allow comedian Whitney Cummings to explain in the spot below, made with agency Party Land.

Bonus points for the Hair Club for Men reference: “I’m not just the spokesperson. I’m also a client.”

But wait, there’s more. Along with the video, Liquid Death has made a limited-edition “Recycled Plastic Surgery Center” crewneck for $52, available at LiquidDeath.com.

Liquid Death has waged war on plastic in creative ways for some time—from morbid plushies to porn-star pleas. Liquid Death donates a portion of proceeds to charitable causes including cleaning up plastic garbage out of the ocean.
