Tennis ace Roger Federer is a fast learner in this new spot for pasta brand Barilla by 72andSunny Amsterdam.
With Michelin-starred chef Davide Oldani as his guide, Federer soon masters the necessary knife skills to chop up all the fresh ingredients that come his way, and his dexterity with the tomatoes is unrivalled. But Oldani proves difficult to impress as he watches Federer prepare Spaghetti al Pomodoro.
The "Masters of Pasta" campaign launches a new global brand platform for Barilla, which has been making pasta for 140 years. The ad was directed by Mark Hoffman and will run in more than 40 countries, including the U.S., Germany, France, Japan, Australia and Italy.
