From formal to casual, dress to impress, no matter what.

That’s Men’s Wearhouse’s message in “Love the Way You Look,” its newest campaign showcasing the range of styles available for consumers from the specialty retailer of menswear and rental products.

A new spot from Party Land (see the long-form version below) features a lively man who comes to terms with the revelation that finding the perfect look and looking amazing can be achieved under one roof.

“Comedy isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, and I love where we’ve landed with Men’s Wearhouse,” said Matt Heath, co-founder and chief creative officer of Party Land. “It’s energetic, fun and surprising for a brand that historically has some comedy in their DNA but needed to dust it off and modernize their voice for a new generation of customer.”

The protagonist of the spot finds confidence in a suit when he catches himself in the mirror of a Men’s Wearhouse store. After this realization, he sprints out of the store to seize the day, repeating to himself, “I can do anything! I can do anything!”

And indeed, he does anything. The rest of the spot sees him crashing a wedding, going on a job interview and ending up on a golf course.

The campaign, directed by Hannah Levy, signals a significant brand transformation aimed at redefining the retailer’s image for the next generation of consumers. It is meant to spotlight the brand’s versatile services and wardrobe offerings beyond tailored formalwear, according to a statement.

Levy said “it was great bringing my comedic background to the table and working with the brand to bring the concept to life.” They added that the campaign is something new for Men’s Wearhouse, as it leans into a “fun, quirky sense of humor.”

The “Love the Way You Look” campaign will debut nationwide on broadcast and connected TV starting March 18. The campaign will also be featured on various social and digital media platforms.

“This repositioning for Men’s Wearhouse represents our intention to create reconsideration for the brand, evolve how and where we’re speaking to customers, and to get some laughs along the way,” said Matt Repicky, chief brands officer at Tailored Brands, parent company of Men’s Wearhouse.
