Got something difficult to say? Well, some Andes Beer could help -- and you don't even have to drink it. Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi's latest innovative move for the brew brand allows consumers to record video messages and then assign them to QR codes on Andes labels.
Consumers first scan the code to download an app, which allows them to record videos and then send them along with the bottle. Once the recipient scans the QR code, the message will self-destruct, so the videos can be as lewd or disgusting as senders wish.
And while QR codes might seem so 2011, this funny film about a mom revealing her longtime secret paramour to her son shows how they helpful they still can be. It was directed by Nico Perez Veiga and Ari Evasio of Primo.
The idea is the latest in Del Campo Nazca Saatchi's digital stunts for the client, which include a "friend recovery unit" and a teletransporter.
