"Cinderella," "War and Peace" and "Downton Abbey" actress Lily James is the new face of Burberry in a sensual launch campaign for the fashion brand's My Burberry Black fragrance.
James is seen suggestively removing various items of clothing in the spot, shot by Mario Testino and set to the strains of "I Put a Spell on You." It's the first time she has appeared in a global commercial campaign; she follows in the footsteps of Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne in promoting My Burberry.
The brand is also running a 24-hour campaign today on Snapchat Lens, in which a user who takes a selfie can blow a kiss on camera, pictured beneath a Burberry umbrella, to trigger a golden lighting filter. The Lens is available throughout today (August 23) in the U.S., U.K., France, Italy and Germany. The Lens can be accessed via Burberry's Instagram page.
