Rapper Jack Harlow joins the lineup of stars in New Balance’s “We Got Now” brand campaign, which began in North America in 2019 before going global last year.

The push has united stars from around the globe and across industries for a peppy celebration of the passions that make them groove. The latest iteration of the campaign is a two-minute film featuring vignettes of Harlow and NBA pro Kawhi Leonard facing off on a basketball court, English footballers Raheem Sterling and Bukayo Saka playing soccer and South Korean singer IU busting moves with her dancers.

The scenes playfully intertwine to Experience Unlimited's "Hey You" as Harlow’s basketball soars through the air and lands as a soccer ball on Sterling and Saka’s pitch, while a scene of Leonard dribbling a ball cuts to a parallel shot of IU’s dancers.

The campaign aims to represent the way in which each leader creates moments of creative joy in their everyday activities and calls on viewers to follow suit.

“When we allow ourselves the freedom to play in settings authentic to ourselves, there’s a liberating energy that comes from moving our bodies, showing off our skills, and doing something—whatever it may be—that we truly love,” said New Balance’s CMO and Sr. Vice President of Merchandising, Chris Davis, in a statement.

The film was directed by Smuggler female duo Similar But Different and shot across three international locales—Los Angeles, Seoul and both London and Manchester. The campaign will run across TV, Streaming Platforms, Social, Digital and OOH in international markets. It comes from New Balance AOR VMLY&R.
