Questus helped New Chapter identify their core audience segments, then developed a DTC digital strategy to optimize engagement and conversion across the consumer journey. A key pillar in this strategy was a reimagined DTC e-commerce experience. Rooted in audience strategy and custom analytics tracking, Questus redesigned NewChapter.com to reflect the brand ethos and optimize customer browsing, time on site, content engagement, shopping, and purchases.
With a new DTC site in place collecting custom audience data, Questus developed a holistic targeting and media strategy, reaching prospects and customers across full-funnel Programmatic, SEM, and social channels.
The campaign resulted in 56% increase in engagement and 51% increase in ROAS.
