Palace Skateboards, a cult London skateboarding store, caught our eye last year when it cast Jonah Hill in a funny parody commercial in which the Hollywood star (a fan in real life) unenthusiastically pitched the shop.

Now Palace is opening a branch in New York's SoHo, and to promote it, Hill reprises his role in another quirky spot by MPC Creative, this time confronting a giant snake on the mean streets of Brooklyn. That's a snake, as in the '80s Rubik's Cube-style game, not a real snake, mind you.

He sees the monster just as he's sounding off on the phone, presumably to his agent about how little he got paid for the first Palace commercial. "Give me a 'Fast and Furious,' I'll play f***ing Vin Diesel's car," he rants.

The film also features a cameo from Leo Fitzpatrick ("The Wire," "Kids," "Bully") and a cute chihuahua. Director Diarmid Harrison-Murray commented in a statement: "This film was right up my strasse. Creepy weird CGI, empty New York streets and plenty of humor to wash it all down. Working with Palace is like nothing else. I loved it. "
