It seems lately Saatchi has been leaving an impressive imprint in the realm of diaper creativity for P&G's Pampers. Last week, the New York office debuted this uplifting ad showing how babies bring out the best in us and now, the agency's London office has created this infectious online film, "Pooface," celebrating babies in the throes of their bowel movements.
For those of you who've had the pleasure of being around a little one, you'll recognize the scrunchy expression that takes over a baby's face just as he or she is about to do #2 -- and then the ecstasy of relief that comes afterwards. This new web spot, set to debut on July 7, captures these precious moments in slow-motion splendor, set to that classic tune that's become cliche for momentous occasions, "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" by Richard Strauss (perhaps best known for its role in Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey"). The ad is part of the brand's new "Don't Fear the Mess!" campaign.
