A redneck has a sudden moment of insight into the fact that he's a redneck, but then fails to do anything about in a spot from a new comedic camapign for VH1 from Argentina. The theme of the ads, by La Comunidad, Buenos Aires, is that you won't learn anything from watching VH1; the channel is aiming to reinforce its positioning as a brand that's about entertainment, pop culture and youthful spirit. A second spot has a man collapsing in a restaurant due to the sole other diner (a VH1 watcher) having no clue about CPR. The campaign was directed by Lucas Shannon and produced by Landia.
