During AMC's season premiere of The Walking Dead, Hyundai broadcast this spot featuring a cast of characters who could have easily been mistaken for the latest round of newcomers to the show. Created out of Innocean and directed by Biscuit's Mike Maguire,it starred a group of scruffy renegades and one ruffian leader-type who looked like a cross between Sheriff Rick Grimes and bad seed Merle Dixon (who turned, and then got his head bashed in during the previous season). The crew discusses its options for ammo and protection. One guy manages to get by with a mere stick, while the leader can probably imagine a whole life ahead of him, thanks to his unique set of wheels.
The spot also invites viewers to create their own Zombie Survival Machines via the previously released special app and website Walking Dead Chop Shop.
