Steak-umm made a Freezer Flag so you can always find it in your mess of a fridge
Tombras campaign celebrates National Frozen Food Day with the tech invention you never knew you needed
Editor's Pick
Happy National Frozen Food Day! Steak-umm is here to celebrate with a technological breakthrough you didn’t see coming. (Watch out, Cannes Lions innovation jury.)
It’s called the Freezer Flag. It’s a device you affix to your box of Steak-umm in the freezer. It has a telescoping pole with an LED light, branded flag, and built-in piezoelectric buzzer (whatever that is) that emits an attention-grabbing beep—so you can find Steak-umm amid the trash heap of other frozen foods that have languished in your freezer for decades.

The limited-edition Freezer Flag is available at freezerflag.com while supplies last. You can also call 1-844-FRZRFLG to hear real customer reviews.
“It’s only natural for a 100% real brand like Steak-umm to take over National Frozen Food Day with a very real device for a very real problem,” said Dooley Tombras, president of Tombras.
The gag follows the brand’s “DeepSteaks” project, pranking vegans, from 2023.
