Aspire, a UK charity which supports sufferers of spinal injuries, has launched a direct email marketing campaign via a series of beautifully illustrated scrollable emails created by JWT London. Each email tells the true story of one of the people the charity has helped by providing specialized wheelchairs. They are being sent to brand marketers in the grooming, sport and automotive categories, to open a conversation with them about brand partnerships.
The pro bono work resulted from JWT's Campaign for Good contest last year, in which the agency, working with Media Trust, invited UK charities to apply for free help with their marketing. Aspire was the winner.
