Mazda's serene Film4 idents get you in the mood for family viewing
Antidote created work that will run for the next two years
Editor's Pick
Mazda is sponsoring the 9pm film on the U.K.'s Film4 movie channel with a set of beautifully filmed idents designed to get its audience in the mood for family viewing.
Created by agency Antidote, the clips recreate little moments from family roadtrips, from a little girl staring out at a cow to a family singalong, set to a serene music soundtrack. Director Tom Barbor-Might at Carnage captures the mood, filming against the backdrop of stunning Scottish scenery. The tagline is "Together is a wonderful place to be."
Claire Andrews, Marketing Director, Mazda U.K., says in a statement: "We see lovely little moments that we all recall from days out in the car. Whether it's everyone singing along to the family favourites or seeing the kids drawing on the misty windows, these idents are dedicated to the delight found in everyone coming together."
Two sets of idents, totalling 20 different executions, have been made for the flagship 9pm film on Film4 and will run every day at 9pm for a year, as part of a two year sponsorship. Shorter edits will run as part of a digital pre-roll campaign on All4, Channel 4's video-on-demand service.
