Creative agency Carmichael Lynch hired Carol Frazer Haynesworth as its Director of Multicultural Strategy and Inclusion after a nationwide search. Prior to joining Carmichael Lynch, Haynesworth was at IPG Mediabrands, where she was the Vice President, Executive Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and also led Ulta Beauty’s successful strategy and investment in the competitive multicultural space during her time there.
