Billups, a global OOH technology and managed services company, is pleased to announce the promotion of David Krupp to global chief executive officer.

Krupp initially joined Billups as president and chief operating officer in 2018 and was quickly promoted to CEO, Americas in 2019. In his new role, Krupp will spearhead Billups' global operations and strategic
initiatives, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the OOH market and advertising industry worldwide.
