Joe Carolino - Ad Age

Thesis promoted Joe Carolino to Creative Director. Carolino will lead creative for all accounts including Adobe, Taco Bell, Aramark, Dollar Shave Club, and the world’s largest athletic shoe manufacturer. An award-winning talent, he joined Thesis in 2019 as Design Director. Prior to that, he worked at Instrument, and R/GA, designing successful digital products and campaigns for leading brands such as Ralph Lauren, Target, Hyundai, Luxottica & Hermès, and the world’s largest athletic shoe brand.
