Jonathan Frazier and Mandy Facer

Indianapolis-based full-service agency Well Done Marketing has promoted two directors to new roles on the agency’s executive leadership team. Jonathan Frazier is Well Done Marketing’s new creative director, having joined the agency in 2022 as an associate creative director. Mandy Facer has been promoted to vice president of strategic services from her previous role as director of digital strategy. In addition to his work at Well Done Marketing, Frazier is an award-winning filmmaker and creative director with national brand experience working for Soundstripe, Kindful, To Write Love on Her Arms, Microsoft, Sony Music, and PBS. Before joining Well Done Marketing in 2022, Facer served as the director of marketing for OneAmerica. Well Done Marketing
