Kelsey Damon joins 3Headed Monster as a Senior Brand Strategist after five years at the Richards Group. She has helped guide brands including Shiner Beers, Dave’s Killer Bread, SMU, and American Cancer Society. A Pacific Northwest native, Kelsey traded evergreens and a career in healthcare for palm trees and the rigorous Miami Ad School planning program before making her way to Dallas.
