Global creative platform Marks has appointed Victoria Bell as Vice President of Global Operations. One of six recent leadership hires, Bell brings deep expertise in operational leadership roles at Publicis Groupe agencies Digitas and PM Dragonfly. “I’m joining Marks at an exciting moment,” says Bell. “We are realising the vision of a 1000-person, 16-studio creative platform all operating as one global business under a single P&L. So we are aligning people, process, tools – everything.”
