Adam&EveDDB Chief Marketing and Operations Officer Jemima Monies is heading to McCann London to take on the newly created role of chief operating officer.

McCann London hires Adam&EveDDB exec as chief operating officer

This marks the first executive appointment from McCann London CEO Polly McMorrow since she took on the role at the Interpublic Group of Cos. agency in April of this year.
“Adam&EveDDB is an incredibly hard place to leave,” Monies said in a statement. “ After 9 years, however, I am curious to see how I can make an impact in a different business environment. I am very excited by the opportunity to work with the brilliant team at McCann who are building a creative agency fit for the future.”
Monies joined Omnicom's Adam&EveDDB in 2013 as a new business director before being elevated to deputy managing director in 2018. She ultimately took over the chief marketing and operations role at the agency in 2021.
This is the latest executive change for McCann. In March, McCann Worldgroup promoted Fernando Fascioli to president of its U.K. and Europe operations. In early November, Amber Guild was named CEO of McCann New York and in January Daryl Lee was named CEO of McCann Worldgroup.
