Amid rapid growth, Elite SEM felt its name no longer represented the digital agency. It had acquired social marketing agency OrionCKB in late 2017, followed by the 2018 acquisitions of CRM, email marketing and creative agency Email Aptitude and Amazon-focused e- commerce agency CPC Strategy. Staffers have flexible hours and work-from-home options, with 27 percent of employees primarily working remotely. New parents can receive 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers and six weeks for secondary caregivers. Tuition reimbursement, matching contributions to retirement plans and profit sharing are standard, and staffers are eligible for commissions or year-end bonuses. Tinuiti doesn’t merely offer unlimited paid time off—it requires everyone to take at least 12 days per year, and closes early on summer Fridays.
