The Dallas-based ad agency reflects this ethos through its workforce demographics, with women making up 59% of employees and 61% of director-level roles, while 21% identify as Latino.
“Infinite promotes and empowers acceptance and love as part of our DNA,” the agency said in its award entry. In 2024, Infinite partnered with the Dallas Mavericks Cultural Committee and multicultural employee resource groups to create the “We’re All Mavericks” mural, a public art project highlighting the value of diversity.
