Digitas U.K. hired Lazaros Nikiforidis as executive creative director. He joins from WPP’s Global Team Blue, where he was ECD Europe on the Ford account. Before joining Digitas, he spent more than 15 years at Ogilvy & Mather and other WPP agencies in London, Budapest and Greece, working with clients including Ikea, Telekom, Mondelez and Mattel.

AKQA shop Potato hired Cat Wildman as group product delivery director for its studios in San Francisco, London and Bristol. Previously, she was director of product at the Telegraph. Wildman also co-founded The Gender Equality Collective, an organization working to promote equality in homes, schools and businesses.

Minneapolis agency Modern Climate hired Dave Schutz as creative director. He joins from Adventure Creative, where he was associate creative director and senior copywriter, working with clients including Explore Minnesota Tourism, Hatteras Yachts, Schell's Brewing and Minnesota Zoo.

Pongo promoted Hartley Powers to president and creative director. She joined the agency in 2009 and has worked as production manager, producer, editor and vice president, with clients including Disney, Nat Geo, CBS, Fox and ABC.
