10 creative campaigns to know about today
Abarth: A traffic officer’s dream of busting a law-abiding Abarth 600e driver for speeding is repeatedly thwarted in humorous films by Migrante Content launching the new Abarth 600e.
Burger King Belgium: The fast-food chain is giving coupons for a free Whopper to EA Sports FC gamers who score goals with players named Burger and King—with the announcers proclaiming “Burger to King.” The campaign is from Happiness Brussels, an FCB alliance.
Coca-Cola: Islam ElDessouky, the soda giant’s global VP of creative strategy and content, gave a sneak peek at its Christmas campaign, building on last year’s concept that “The World Needs More Santas.” The campaign includes out-of-home (such as Santa riding his sleigh along the white Coke ribbon), an updated “Holidays Are Coming” spot, the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck Tours and a digital experience where you can chat with Santa to create a personalized snow globe.
Golden State Warriors: The NBA team linked up with Bay Area hip-hop artist P-Lo and EDM artist Jauz to release a new hype anthem, “Don’t Lose Your Head,” which will be played season-long at the end of halftime of Warriors home games to get fans back to their seats for the 3rd quarter. The song was released through the Warriors’ record label, Golden State Entertainment (GSE). The Warriors are the only NBA team with a record label/entertainment division.
Osmow’s Shawarma: The restaurant chain’s new campaign focuses on its popular Garlic Sauce—which is so good that you’ll be sneaking it in all sorts of inappropriate moments, according to a comic spot. Toronto-based creative agency Bob’s Your Uncle created the work with director Adeel Shamsi at creative video agency Imagine Nation Collective.
Patreon: The media and community platform for creators launched a billboard in Times Square that is solely dedicated to being a space for creators to share their art with the world. Those who would like to be featured on the board can scan a QR code, submit the work they post, and share videos or artwork showcasing their creativity.
Samsung: The tech marketer and BBH USA have brought back the agency interns from last year’s Galaxy Tab S9 film—this time to create a pitch for the Galaxy Tab S10 Series. In 24 hours, the upgraded interns must beat out the agency’s resident “super team,” who are stuck in the old ways of working.
T-Mobile: Snoop Dogg and Patrick Mahomes star in a holiday spot for the telecom, bringing back a popular offer: Get four free smartphones (including iPhone 16 and Samsung Galaxy S24) and four voice lines for $100 a month. Panay Films created the spot.
White Ribbon: Do men want flowers? The organization aimed at preventing gender-based violence launched a campaign inviting men, including former Canadian Football League all-star Chris Van Zeyl, to challenge gender stereotypes through a discussion about flowers and their meaning in culture. Candybox was the agency.
