Amazon: Holiday advertising is upon us, and here is Amazon’s entry, created in-house: a sweet story of a theater janitor who unexpectedly becomes the main attraction.
Asda: The U.K. supermarket chain is also out early with its Christmas spot, from Havas London, in which garden gnomes get the store ready for shoppers during a snowstorm.
Bear Meets Eagle on Fire: The Australian agency, best known recently for its excellent Telstra telelcom campaigns, jumps into U.S. politics with an anti-Trump design project in which it placed orange “Dump Trump” garbage bags around New York—a reference to a comment from a speaker at the Republican presidential candidate’s recent Madison Square Garden rally.
British Airways: The airline unveiled its latest work for the Indian market, created by Uncommon and directed by Prakash Varma, marking 100 years of BA flights between India and the U.K.
Duracell: The battery maker has introduced a new spokescharacter for the first time in 36 years. The Duracell Scientist shows up every time someone is about to make bad battery decisions in a campaign from VaynerMedia.

Gap: The clothing retailer’s “Give Your Gift” holiday campaign, shot and directed by Samuel Bradley, brings together a choir of voices—a mix of social media stars and rising music-industry talent—to perform an a cappella version of Janet Jackson’s iconic hit “Together Again.”
Morrisons: Another U.K. grocery chain, Morrisons, unveiled its Christmas ad from Leo Burnett and director Michael Gracey (“The Greatest Showman”). It celebrates the real stars of Christmas: the holiday hosts who put on the greatest show at home.
Sainbury’s: Agency NCA created Sainbury’s Christmas ad, featuring Roald Dahl’s BFG joining Sainsbury’s workers on a whimsical culinary adventure.
Tiffany & Co.: Anomaly created Tiffany’s 2024 holiday spot, titled “With Love, Since 1837”, starring actress Anya Taylor-Joy in a highly stylized winter wonderland across New York City. The film was directed by Jonas Lindstroem. The campaign is rolling out globally across print, digital and social media.
TV 2: Denmark’s largest public service broadcaster launched an initiative called “Fake News for Real News,” where it’s people to report fake content in their social media feeds in exchange for free access to the premium 24-hour news channel.
